Shop and Commercial Act, 1958 & Factory Licence under The Punjab Factories Rules, 1952.

Every Registration Certificate shall be issued within 30 days of receipt of complete application.
- ✔ Applicant must have license clearence under the Shop/Factory Act. ✔ Undertanking along with Stamp & duely signed. ✔ Must have the proof of checked condition description.
